Grosvenor finishes 13th of the 15 UK casinos we rank. On money it is one of the best on our table: a 97.15% payout rate, second only to BetMGM, and PayPal withdrawals quoted at up to 15 minutes, the quickest we have seen published.

What the Games Return

The game-by-game figures agree: 99.50% on Atlantic City Blackjack, 97.30% on Premium European Roulette and 98.00% on Mega Joker. The jackpots are the exception, as they are everywhere.

The Jackpot Exception
The 110+ jackpot games return 96.50% on average against 97.15% for the site, and the most famous of them, Mega Moolah, is listed at 88.12%.
That is not unique to Grosvenor: every progressive works this way, because the pot is funded out of the base game. We point it out because the jackpot games get the loudest promotion and the least attention paid to their RTP.

Slots are capped at £5 a spin (£2 if you are 18 to 24) at every UK-licensed casino since 2025, so this is not a Grosvenor decision.
The tables are not capped the same way. Live roulette and blackjack start at 10p, with Crazy Balls the cheapest seat Grosvenor points to, and run to £10,000 at the top.
The Welcome Offer
Grosvenor’s casino offer is £40 in bonus funds and 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash for a £20 first deposit. Select the offer in the cashier and pay by debit card, Apple Pay or bank transfer; PayPal and Paysafecard deposits do not qualify.
Read the small print before you opt in. The bonus carries 10x Deposit + Bonus wagering: on £20 and £40 that is £600 of play. The spin winnings carry 10x on their own.
Only a list of selected slots counts, at 100%; live games count 10% and roulette and blackjack nothing. The bonus lasts 30 days and the spins 7 days.
There is a ceiling too: £100 (free spins); £200 (bonus). Priced at the site’s 97.15%, £600 of wagering costs about £17 in expected losses to free £40, which is fair value, but the cap means a big win does not stay big.

Money goes back the way it came in, from a £5 minimum, with no cap on a single withdrawal. Apple Pay and Paysafecard are deposit only, so a withdrawal after either goes to a card or bank instead.
Two limits to know: PayPal, Paysafecard and instant bank deposits are capped at £100 each, and neither PayPal nor Paysafecard counts towards the welcome offer.
One thing to know: under a 2019 rule Grosvenor verifies your name, address and date of birth before you can gamble, which it quotes at 24 to 48 hours. Extra checks at withdrawal are only allowed for things it could not have asked for earlier.
Credit cards cannot be used for gambling anywhere in Britain. That has been the rule since April 2020, and it is not a Grosvenor policy. Any Visa or Mastercard option above is debit only.
