The Verdict, Before the Detail
Mr Vegas finishes 6th of the 15 UK casinos we rank, and no casino on our table carries more games or more live tables: 9800+ games, 560+ of them jackpots, and 670+ live tables, 440+ of them blackjack.
The money side is good by wallet and slow by bank. PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter pay out inside a day; Trustly and a bank transfer can take a week.
The welcome offer is a 100% match up to £50 with 10x wagering, plus 11 spins that pay cash. Fair, but bonus funds rather than cash, which is the gap between Mr Vegas and the casinos above it.
Licence 39380, held by Videoslots Limited. Checked on the Gambling Commission’s public register the week this review was written.
- 9800+ games, the largest lobby on our table, with 560+ jackpots among them
- 670+ live tables, including 440+ blackjack and 95+ baccarat, the largest live floor we rank
- PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter withdrawals inside a day, with no fees on any method
- Apps rated 4.70 on the App Store and 4.40 on Google Play
- Trustpilot at 3.4 out of 5, among the best public scores on our table
- The welcome offer is bonus funds with 10x wagering; live games count nothing towards it
- Trustly and bank transfer withdrawals are quoted at one to seven days, cards at one to five
- A £20 minimum withdrawal, the joint-highest floor on our table
- A 96.00% payout rate, the middle of our table rather than the top
- No phone line to ring, only a call-back request

The Licence, on the Register
A pass or fail, and Mr Vegas passes: the licence is current on the Gambling Commission’s own register, not merely claimed in the footer.
The account is held by Videoslots Limited, the Malta company that also runs Videoslots, licensed for the UK since 2014. The company, the licence number and the small print are set out further down.
What the Games Return
96.00% across the site is the middle of the 15 casinos we rank: it is the figure most of our table publishes.
The game-by-game figures are better than the average: 99.69% on Vegas Single Deck Blackjack, 99.00% on Mega Joker and 98.00% across the baccarat. With a lobby this size, the choice of game matters more than the site figure.
What It Costs to Play
The £5 ceiling on a slot spin (£2 if you are 18 to 24) is the UK legal maximum and the same at every casino we rank.
The software tables run to £5,000 a hand on roulette, blackjack and baccarat; the live floor runs from 10p to £15,000, above the usual £10,000 ceiling.
Getting Money Out
Up to a day to PayPal, Skrill, Neteller or MuchBetter; one to five days to a debit card; one to seven days through Trustly or a bank transfer.
The wallets match the quickest casinos we rank; the bank routes are the slowest on our table. Nothing is charged, from a £20 minimum. What each method costs and how long it takes is below.
The Phone Experience
One app on each store, rated 4.70 on the iPhone and 4.40 on Android, among the best on our table. The two apps side by side are further down.
The Games
9800+ games in total, of which 8900+ are slots. This is the one casino on our table where the big number really does mean a big choice.
| Category | How many | Average RTP | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Slots | 8900+ | 96.00% | Highest is Mega Joker, at 99.00% |
| Jackpot games | 560+ | 96.50% | The headline progressive is Eye of Horus Jackpot King, at 95.95% |
| Roulette | 85+ | 97.30% | French Roulette is the best of them |
| Blackjack | 60+ | 99.60% | 99.69% on Vegas Single Deck Blackjack |
| Baccarat | 15+ | 98.00% | Banker, Player and Tie; our guide has what each one costs |
| Video poker | 15+ | 96.40% | Full-pay tables only; our video poker page explains why the paytable matters |
| All table games | 170+ | 96.70% | Includes 5+ casino poker variants |
| Live tables | 670+ | – | 440+ blackjack, 70+ roulette, 50+ game shows |
The Jackpot Exception
The 560+ jackpot games, one of the two largest ranges on our table, return 96.50% on average, and the biggest pot Mr Vegas lists is £10.5M.
Every progressive works the same way: the pot is funded out of the base game, so the bigger the pot, the lower the return on an ordinary spin. Progressive jackpot games are also excluded from the welcome-offer wagering.
Stakes, from the Smallest to the Largest
Mr Vegas publishes its table limits. These are the ones that matter.
| Slots | £0.01 – £5 |
|---|---|
| Roulette | £0.10 – £5,000 |
| Blackjack | £0.50 – £5,000 |
| Baccarat | £0.10 – £5,000 |
| Live tables | £0.10 – £15,000 |
Slots are capped at £5 a spin (£2 if you are 18 to 24) at every UK-licensed casino since 2025, so this is not a Mr Vegas decision.
The tables are not capped the same way. The live floor starts at 10p, with Mega Ball the cheapest seat Mr Vegas points to, and reaches £15,000 at the top, higher than most of our table.
The Welcome Offer
Mr Vegas’ casino offer is a 100% deposit match up to £50, plus 11 wager-free spins on Pink Elephants 2. Deposit at least £10, then activate the bonus under My Bonuses within 30 days.
Read the small print before you opt in. The bonus carries 10x wagering, the UK maximum. On the full £50 that is £500 of play before it can be withdrawn; the 11 spins are Wager-Free and must be used within a day.
Slots count 100%, roulette and blackjack 10%, and live games nothing, so this is a slots offer in practice. Progressive jackpots are excluded, and the bonus lasts 60 Days, longer than most.
Priced at the site’s 96.00% average, £500 of wagering costs about £20 in expected losses to free £50. A fair offer, not a generous one.
Mr Vegas also runs a sportsbook with its own sign-up offer. It is a sports promotion, not a casino one, and the two are opted into separately.
Paying in and Getting Paid
Ten ways in and eight ways out, with no fees in either direction. The four e-wallets are the quick route out; the cards are the middle one; Trustly and the bank transfer are the slow one.
| Method | Paying in | Getting paid | Minimum | Most per deposit |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Bank transfer | 1-2 days | 1-7 days | £10 | Not Listed |
| Paysafecard | Instant | Deposit only | £10 | Not Listed |
| Neosurf | Instant | Deposit only | £10 | Not Listed |
Money goes back the way it came in, from a £20 minimum and with no cap on a single withdrawal. Paysafecard and Neosurf are deposit only.
Bank transfer deposits take one to two days to arrive, so use a card or a wallet if you want to play the same day.
One thing to know: under a 2019 rule Mr Vegas verifies your name, address and date of birth before you can gamble, which it quotes at 24 to 48 hours. Extra checks at withdrawal are only allowed for things it could not have asked for earlier.
Credit cards cannot be used for gambling anywhere in Britain. That has been the rule since April 2020, and it is not a Mr Vegas policy. Any Visa or Mastercard option above is debit only.
Who Makes the Games
Well over a hundred studios supply the slots, the longest list on our table, and five supply the live floor. If a game is sold in the UK, it is probably here.
- Pragmatic Play: Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza and the Big Bass family
- NetEnt, Red Tiger and Games Global: Starburst, Mega Joker, the daily jackpots and Mega Moolah
- Play’n GO and Push Gaming: Book of Dead, Reactoonz and Jammin’ Jars
- Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming and ELK Studios: the Megaways titles and Money Train
- Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City: the higher-volatility end of the lobby
- Blueprint Gaming, Eyecon and Barcrest: Eye of Horus Jackpot King, Fishin’ Frenzy and Rainbow Riches
- Evolution: most of the 670+ live tables, with Pragmatic Play Live, Playtech, Stakelogic and On Air alongside
On a Phone
A lobby this large is only useful if you can find things in it, and on a phone Mr Vegas manages that: search, filters and the live floor all work well on a small screen.
There is one app on each store. The iPhone app is rated 4.70, the Android one 4.40, among the best-rated on our table.
Both carry the casino and the sportsbook behind one sign-in. The iPhone app needs iOS 14 or later and the Android one Android 7.1, so older phones are covered.
The mobile site is the fallback on either phone: the same account and the same games in a browser, with nothing to install.
| iPhone and iPad | Android | |
|---|---|---|
| Store rating | 4.70 | 4.40 |
| Size | 89.30 MB | 62 MB |
| Needs | iOS 14.0 or later | Android 7.1 and up |
The ratings are close enough that the choice is your phone, not the app.
Getting Started
Five steps, in the order that saves the most time. None of them takes five minutes.
Check the Licence Yourself
Search 39380 on the Gambling Commission’s public register. The account belongs to Videoslots Limited, and the casino line should read Active. Thirty seconds, and it is the one check no review can do on your behalf.
Register and Verify the Same Day
Mr Vegas has to check who you are before you can gamble, so upload the documents while you are signing up.
Photograph a passport or driving licence, and a bank statement or utility bill dated inside the last three months. Mr Vegas quotes 24 to 48 hours; left until later, the same check delays your first withdrawal.
Set Your Limits Before the First Deposit
Account settings, then the limits you want: deposit, loss and stake limits, reality checks and a time-out.
A lower limit takes effect the moment you set it; a higher one cannot, because every UK licensee has to wait before more money can go in. Self-exclusion runs from six months to five years.
Price the Welcome Offer Before You Activate It
Deposit £10 to £50, activate the bonus under My Bonuses, and it matches the deposit with 10x wagering, slots only in practice.
On the full £50 that is £500 of play, around £20 in expected losses to free the bonus. Skip it if you came for the live tables, which count nothing.
Pick a Wallet for the Way Out
PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter withdrawals are quoted inside a day; a card at one to five days; Trustly and a bank transfer at up to seven.
Money goes back the way it came in, so if speed on the way out matters to you, pay in with a wallet in the first place, and withdraw at least £20 at a time.

Public opinion is better than most. Mr Vegas scores 3.4 out of 5 on Trustpilot, second only to BetMGM on our table, and the complaints there are mostly about verification rather than payouts.
Support is chat-led and around the clock, with email answered within a day and a call-back you can request at any hour, though no number you can ring yourself.
If Mr Vegas Is Not the One
Or start from the top: our full ranking of 15 UK casinos puts every one of them side by side on the same five checks used above.
In Short
Mr Vegas has the largest lobby and the largest live floor on our table, well-rated apps, quick wallet payouts and one of the better public reputations of any casino we rank.
What keeps it out of our top five is specific: a deposit-match offer with 10x wagering rather than cash spins, bank withdrawals of up to a week, and a £20 withdrawal floor.
If choice is what you want, nothing else on our table comes close.
