The Jackpot Exception
The 40+ jackpot games return 96.50% on average against 96.00% for the site, and any one title can sit well below that.

Slots are capped at £5 a spin (£2 if you are 18 to 24) at every UK-licensed casino since 2025, so this is not a Duelz decision.

The Welcome Offer
Duelz’s casino offer is up to 140 Free Spins, paid as 20 spins a day for seven days. Opt in and deposit at least £25 for the first time, then claim each day’s spins from the pop-up.
Read the small print before you opt in. The spins are worth 10p each, but what they win arrives as bonus money with 10x wagering, and no more than £100 a day can be won from them.
Slots count 100% towards the wagering; live games, roulette and blackjack 5%. A day’s spins must be claimed that day, then used within 3 days, and the bonus money wagered within 7 days.
Miss a day and only that day’s 20 spins are lost. It is a fair offer for a player who logs in daily, and a poor one for anyone who does not.

One thing to know: under a 2019 rule Duelz verifies your name, address and date of birth before you can gamble, which it quotes at 24 to 48 hours. Extra checks at withdrawal are only allowed for things it could not have asked for earlier.
